Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Loft (the “App”) handles your data.
Data we collect
- Account identity — your Apple ID / Google ID, email address, and display name / avatar (when shared by the provider).
- Scoring data — rounds, hole-by-hole scores, putts, selected tees and courses you enter or create.
- Coarse-to-precise location — only while the App is open, solely to find nearby golf courses when you start a round. We do not track your location in the background, and we do not sell or share it.
- Diagnostic data — anonymized crash reports and error events via Sentry to keep the App stable.
How we use your data
Your data is used to provide the App's features: syncing rounds to your account, computing scoring averages and handicap, suggesting nearby courses, and diagnosing crashes.
Who we share it with
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Sentry — crash and error reporting.
- Apple / Google — sign-in identity providers.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Retention
Your data is retained until you delete your account. When you delete, we permanently remove your profile, rounds, and scores from our servers.
Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your data from the App's Settings screen. For any other privacy request, email support@golftracker.app.
Children
The App is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in the App before they take effect.
