Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Loft (the “App”). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. Your content

You own the scoring, round, and profile data you enter. You grant Loft the limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the App's features (syncing across your devices, computing statistics and handicap, backups).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer or attempt to access other users' data;
• abuse the course-submission system by creating spam entries;
• use the App in a way that violates law or the App Store Guidelines.

4. Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your profile and all rounds / scores from our servers and your signed-in devices. This is irreversible.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranty. Scores and handicap calculations are estimates for personal tracking and are not an official USGA handicap.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the App before they take effect.
