Common questions
How do I reset my account or delete my data?
Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, rounds, and scores from our servers.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open the paywall (Settings → Upgrade or any locked feature), and tap Restore. Your subscription will reattach to the device.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your Apple ID at the top, then Subscriptions, and select Flash Caddie to cancel. You'll retain access until the end of the current billing period.
I found a course that's wrong / missing.
Email us with the course name and city — we'll get it added or corrected, usually within a day.
